I'm sure you're looking for more amazing tactics that you can apply on your content marketing campaign. Well, I'm not here to disappoint you. Go and read on!
1. Write and distribute eBooks. At least 2-4 times a year, write and distribute free eBooks that you can use for continuous opt-in engagements. Remember to make them meaty so they'll be worth your readers' time. What I suggest is that you write topics that are extremely controversial but ensure that they're related to your products and services so you can capture the attention of qualified prospects. You can also write about your potential clients' most pressing issues and give them step-by-step guide on how they can solve them ASAP.
Don't forget to include the link of your website and blog all throughout your eBook. Also, mention your paid offerings without sounding like you're doing hard selling. Subtly mention them at the end of your eBooks and highlight their unique selling preposition. Lastly, encourage your recipients to forward or share your free eBooks to their friends and family members. Yes, not all of them might be interested with what you offer but I'm sure some of them will.
2. Use Facebook. I'm sure you know that this site is one of the most accessed on all points of the globe. Register your own fan page account and use it not only to get in touch with your prospects but also to promote your articles, blog posts, free eBooks, and free reports.
3. Webinars or teleseminars. These would definitely excite your potential clients. At least twice a year, offer seminars that you can conduct via web or through phone. As these are considered to have higher value compare to eBooks and articles, you can be assured that you'll be able to attract more attention. My advice is to keep them short but meaty. Remember, you don't want to give your attendees everything they would want to know about especially if you're selling information based products. Just give them enough to convince them that you're really an expert in your niche but make sure to leave them wanting for more.
Boost the number of your attendees by properly promoting your seminars. Also, make them interactive by allowing some of your attendees to ask questions but be prepared for these questions ahead of time.
4. Offer free group coaching programs. Teaching your potential clients through coaching programs will really do your business good. As online users will consider these as gold mines of useful information, you can be assured that you'll be able to attract hundreds of people from across the globe. Make them worthy of your attendees' time and ensure that they'll put you in a nice position; you would want to use your coaching programs as tools in positioning yourself as an expert in your niche and someone who's to be trusted.
Nobody said that doing content marketing is a piece of cake. But with proper planning and precise execution plus your commitment to giving only the best to your potential clients, you can be assured that this long, overwhelming process is the key to getting them to swipe their credit cards in no time.
